Sorry, neglected blog. I’ve been too busy reposting random crap on Tumblr.

Art stuff: I just ordered some books so I can do some pre-grad school reading.  Ostensibly this is so my brain does not explode when I get there.  I have a theory-inferiority complex, so I got some really basic reads, as well.  Mostly, it’s books that I said I’d read in my annotated bibliography for one of my failed school applications.  Might as well make use of the thing.

I’m still working on that rug, but the process is incredibly slow.  I’m also not working on it very hard, since I don’t know what it’s for. It’s kind of weird.  I have been working full time and have just been exhausted a lot, so I keep missing deadlines to apply for shows and things, and have two slow projects and no instant gratification going on. I think I need to start doing “Today’s Thing I Made” again.  It can include applications and reading stuff, too.  Hold me to it, people.
